I work in a hospital, more specifically, on a Respiratory ward. It is quite common to see our patients standing outside the hospital in their hospital gowns with a cigarette in one hand, and their IV pole in the other (a pole that holds a bag of fluids which runs directly into their vein!). We once found a patient who was about to light a cigarette in his room while standing next to an oxygen tank.
